- Duration of the event.
- How may people expected.
- Children or adult event
- Include any special requests (if you're bringing cake/ice cream, etc.).
- Include any special needs (wheelchair access, etc.).
- Most events range from $350-$650 for up to 10 people and include up to two hours of desired activity, with 30 minutes after for social, cake/ice cream time.
