Shipping policy

Order processing times. After an order is placed, items should be shipped out within 2-4 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and other disruptions. Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day.
Peachtree Art Center ships to Domestic addresses only, and only within the LOWER 48 United States. We do not offer expedited shipping. 
Shipping. Shipping costs are calculated according to weight, size, and carrier. If free shipping is available for certain products, it will be noted in the description and seen at checkout. 
Local delivery options. We do not offer local delivery options at this time. 
Returns, changes, and cancellations. Please see our Returns and Refunds policies for information on returns, exchanges, and cancellations for further information. 
Potential service interruptions. Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control, including but not limited to, weather events, natural disasters, and governmental mandates.
Order tracking details. You will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes tracking information on your order. In case of lost or damaged packages, email peachtreeartcenter@gmail.com for assistance.
