08/28, 10am, Pottery/Beginning Clay

Pottery/Beginning clay. Learn about clay properties and hand-build two trinket trays; one from using air-dry clay, and the other using oven-bake clay. Then, acrylic paint a ready-made bisque-fired pottery piece (coordinating or themed, collections vary) and apply a shiny topcoat glaze. You will leave with three adorable pieces; one that is painted and finished without needing a kiln, and two to finish at home (when the air-dry dries and when the oven-bake is baked).
